A useful distinction
A palette can look attractive while making a score, instruction or focused control difficult to read. Different states such as selected, disabled or hovered may introduce additional contrast problems. A single screenshot does not show every state.
Put it into practice
Review the normal and interactive states of text and controls using the applicable accessibility guidance. Include the smallest labels and keyboard focus indicators. Record what you checked rather than claiming general accessibility because one colour combination appeared readable to one tester.
